“First we design it…”
Pretty much everything we make has never been made before. We start with a blank piece of paper and an idea, and we try to turn it into something beyond origami. Yes, we’re fully CAD (Computer Aided Design) equipped, but we’ve also got a cupboard full of pencils - one of the best products we’ve ever made started life as a doodle on the back of an envelope whilst chatting with a client on a London Underground Tube train!
“then we manufacture it…”
From a small humble component to a finished piece of plant or machinery - and everything in-between. We have CAM (Computer Aided Manufacture) systems, CNC’s (Computer Numerical Control) systems, but we also have fingers, powered by real people, that make and assemble the things we design. We make parts and circuit boards and add computers, which we stuff with software and fit them into boxes and cabinets and ship them on their own, or embed them into plant and machinery. Our little gadgets are inside environmental controls, safety devices, water pumping systems, fire control, and a thousand other applications in places you’ve passed in your daily life without thinking what’s really there.

You have an idea you want to explore, or perhaps a problem to solve, something completely new, or something pre-existing. You need to know if it’s feasible, explore possible ways to achieve the objective. Can it be done? How much would it cost?
“Keeping it ‘hush’…”
You don’t want your idea public, and we are used to keeping secrets - NDA’s (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are nothing new to us. We’d love to tell you about some of the projects we’ve done - but then it wouldn’t be a secret. Take a look at some of the things we do in the Products section of this website, you’ll then have an idea of what we are capable of (and probably recognise some things you’ve seen out in the world).

Kicking around ideas is free (especially if there’s a beer involved). But if you need formal reports, studies and plans, or if the consultancy is more complex and requires a lot of resources, then we might charge for that.
Servicing & Maintenance
“We make things that work for a living”
We believe in our products, as such we can repair, renew or refurbish anything we have ever made, no matter how old - yes, even things manufactured more than 20 years ago - which can't be said for many 'tech' companies, but being there for you, our customers, is a 'biggie' for us.

Factory Technical Consultation is just a call or e-mail away. And this FREE service is available to you both before and after purchase. Our experts can advise you from your description of any problem exactly what to do. If, like most customers, your product works the first time you turn it on and keeps working, you probably won’t have any occasion to call on our experts. Just the same, it’s comforting to know that they’re around whenever you need them - and their services are free for the asking.

Some products have the ability to remember passwords to prevent unauthorised tampering. We don’t set these, but we can RESET them remotely for free if your product is interweb enabled and connected.
“if all else fails…”
There are Service Technician specialists at the factory, which can also go to site, waiting to give you prompt expert service, at reasonable rates, whenever the need arises.
Spares & Parts

Our replacement parts service protects you against obsolescence. Top quality parts and components are a design feature of all Industries K3 products and we hope you’ll never need a spare. But if you do, we’ve got them all. Our Spares & Parts service continues long after a product has been discontinued to protect your investment.
